How do I create my first account?
Select sign in / register with an email code, then enter your usual email and the six-digit code you receive. Your first verified sign-in creates your account. Use the same email next time; no password is needed.
How do I add a phone number and address?
After signing in, open Profile and addresses to manage your name, email and shipping addresses. Add your delivery contact phone number in your address. Saved details can be used at your next checkout.
Why is my order list empty?
Check that you used the email address from your order. A cart, photo preview or quote request is not a paid order. Check payment status in the order itself.
Missing code or expired sign-in?
On the official sign-in page, check your email address, spam folder and resend instructions. Verify again there if a code or session expires. You can return to the store if you cancel.
Use the email address used for your order. Entering a phone or order number does not grant access to orders or refunds.
A local photo preview is not an order or confirmation that we received it. Signing in does not submit your customization.
